Alison's home and window cleaning were terrific. Marie went out of her way to come and meet me first before she worked for me. She was very meticulous and thoughtful and we fully discussed the job and cleaning solutions and techniques prior to her starting her work. This was very important to me She was very professional and kept me informed about things as the job was moving along. She also stayed until the job was complete. She also did a great job cleaning my windows too. I will be hiring her for future jobs in the future.

I paid to get my windows cleaned inside and outside. And now that the windows company come to seal my windows today I was so embarrassed that the windows are so dirty. They were clean on July 18 not even a month. It was raining when they were cleaning but it was up to them. If they knew they could not get the job done they should not have done it. I am very disappointed.

My price includes all cleaning materials and time it will take to complete the project. If there is a discrepancy it will be addressed before any job is comenced.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer is welcome to call or text, any questions or concerns they may have. I normally send a copy of my business card with my first communication.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When I was a kid my family had a cleaning business. I use to go out with my grandmother and auntie to do cleaning jobs, back in 1970 something. Then , I grow up an went into the pest control industry. Now I see a eay i may help so am back in the cleaning industry.
