My partner and I have over 40 years of experience, combined. We don't schedule "days off" and we don't do "vacations." We're 3 hrs. into the workday by 9 a.m., and we don't quit at 5. Our goals consist of acquiring and mastering skills in the trades. All our training has been hands-on. Our most prized possessions are power tools, and all our clothes are work clothes. Our friends are current and former co-workers and maybe a few people at the paint store and Home Depot. What some call "business contacts" or "professional network" we call family.
