- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates are free and discounts are offered to: Seniors, First Responders and Veterans!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A timely callback is a must. After that, I will listen to your needs over the phone and then we will pick a date and time for our service to view your project. If the project is less than $500, generally a verbal agreement and a handshake will do. Over $500, I will send an estimate through text or email to get your consent. Work will start generally 3 to 5 days after we agree depending upon material needed and availability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father was a cabinet maker and handyman and my best friend growing up was a mechanic. I was influenced at a very young age and found fixing things and remodeling things were in my future.
