- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing includes the cleaning solutions & deodorizers, pet stain & odor treatments are also available if needed, at no additional charge. There are no hidden fees or costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive a request to quote on a job, we pride ourselves in responding quickly. We will send pricing to the potential customer based upon the information provided in their request. We will provide our phone number so the customer can speak with or text us directly. We will accommodate the customers timing preferences for quotes and for providing the service itself.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 19 years of hands on experience cleaning carpets and tile. We stay informed with the latest cleaning techniques and cleaning solutions available while striving to provide the highest level of cleanliness possible for your home and business.
