We are long-distance home buyers who had to work with a very tight schedule. Kari lined up as many showings as she could over 3 weekends, and got us in to the very-hard-to-see house that we fell in love with from 1000 miles away.
We met her by accident when another realtor dropped the ball and failed to set up a single showing for our first house hunting weekend- I emailed at 11:00 on a Saturday morning, and she got us into 5 houses between Saturday at 1:00 and Sunday at 5:00. Then her good cheer and confidence kept us feeling positive while we navigated all the challenges of buying from 5 states away-during the holiday season!
We're settling into the house of our dreams, and we're so, so glad that we met her!! I can't thank her enough, and I'm thrilled to recommend her to anyone who is looking for a home.

Selling/buying a home is NERVE WRECKING but Kari 's professionalism, mixed with just the right amount of making you feel like part of her family, made the entire process bearable. Expeditious in responding to any questions and returning phone calls/questions with definite answers was reassuring. Kari also went above the norm in providing video, with helpful commentary, plus ensuring that access was on-time for home inspections of varying businesses.
