Proud Build construction did a great job at my house. They removed the old water heater from the garage and installed a tankless water heater. Did a very neat job and a cleaned up as well. Highly recommended and will be doing future business with them.

Alex is great to work with and my bathroom is beautiful! I highly recommend them. I have also had them redo my electrical panel and meter. Alex is very responsive and communicates well. They were very flexible and helped my vision for my spa like bathroom come together. Vlad, who did most of the work, was very respectful and had excellent craftsmanship. A great crew to work with! My full bathroom remodel took about 5-6 weeks with a couple visits after for a few minor remaining tasks. I’m considering having them do other projects on my fixer upper in the future. I would absolutely refer them to others looking to remodel or even build new.

Vladimir did an excellent job of modernizing our 70s-era bathroom--new sink, toilet, and bathtub replaced with a tile shower surround, linoleum replaced with a tile floor. After encountering significant water damage, Vlad dried it thoroughly, cut out the rot and eliminated the mold before reinforcing the framing and rebuilding the shower wall and floor. His tile sub was a meticulous craftsman. Vlad and his crew were very careful to keep the worksite clean and dust minimal. He also returned after the completion of the job to install a more effective splash guard when we noticed a small amount of water escaping the shower enclosure. I would recommend Proud Build for their high quality work.

I had a painter set up, but they were ghosting me, so I decided to look elsewhere. Volodymir came, was very prompt, and gave me a good estimate, showed up on time and without drama. He seemed knowledgeable and I would have hired him, but my original painter then showed up. I would hire proud builders.

Vlad was quick to respond to my request. He came out the next day and framed and hung my 8’ door for me (on a Saturday no less). He didn’t hesitate assessing the job once he arrived and then ran to the store and got everything to complete it. Thank you Vlad for taking care of this for us.

The manager of Proud Built construction is highly experienced in building, remodeling, construction, and electrical services. He is licensed electrician in Oregon and Washington state with 4 years of education and training at JATC area 1. Other pertinent licensure/certifications include renovation and new construction certification.
