- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We discuss the project over the phone 2. If it seems like a good fit for us, we will schedule a free estimate appointment. During the appointment, we discuss all of the details to get a good understanding of what is necessary for the job. We also discuss the processes of what the job entails. 3. Estimate is sent to client 24-48 hours after the in-home estimate appointment. 4. Once the homeowner agrees to the estimate, we set up a final appointment which includes signing permit paperwork, taking final measurements, and receiving a deposit. 5. Permit processing begins and the materials are ordered. 6. Once the permit has been approved and the materials have been delivered, we are ready to schedule the project. 7. Once the project is complete, we schedule the final inspection right away. 8. The inspection has passed and you are enjoying your new windows and doors.
