I was getting tired of working with my pool guy. His work was very inconsistent. I reachedbput to John from JM pools and he came put the next day. John explained why our pool needed his services. The saltwater cell had calcium build-up and the pool needed salt. Long story short, we fired our old pool company and hired John on the spot. John explained his services and furthermore took the time to inform me of how to keep the pool maintained during cleanings and qht to look put for. Great service so far!

John responded to by request online in a very timely manner ,we made an appointment and he stowed up on the day and time as agreed, I had algae in the bottom of my pool growing from the previous pool company.He cleared it up within the day, So far I have had excellent service

I posted my request on thumbtack and was immediately called by John with JM Pool and Spa Corporation. We spoke briefly and John found no issue in coming to my home with a solution for my pool. Not only did he come by the next morning to begin fixing the issue, he has also taken the time to check in with me 2 days later to check on not only the pool, but my satisfaction with his services. John is a down to earth, hard worker and I’m relieved that he will now be servicing my pool weekly.
