- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a discount on all repairs up to $250 for ANY repair of $750 or more, free estimates and provide 1 year warranty for repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask customer for a day and time to go inspect the roof, provide the free estimate and if the customer approves the price, we schedule a day and time in accordance with the customer to come out and perform the repair with appropriate documentations such as photos/videos. After wrapping up with the customer, we send the invoice attached with documented repair to finally receive payment.
