From the start that Emergency Roofing LLC picked up the phone, I knew I had made the right choice. How I got connected with them, my neighbor had done there roof with them and I am impressed that they were very professional, very educated and polite in scheduling my appointment at no cost. Marvin, came the following day and was very respectful and very detailed on the process, cost, etc. Then I received the estimate and was very professional, was very detail oriented and had ALL the company information. No doubt in recommending them and the quality of the work was excellent because it has been raining and I have no more leaks thanks to Emergency Roofing, Marvin and his team!!!

I googled emergency roof services because of a roof leak that I was having in guest bedroom and I contacted 4 other companies, including Emergency Roofing LLC and a young professional lady answered and was very polite and had Marvin come out and inspect and he informed me with details and pictures of how bad the plywood was rotten and the price was just about right I received the best estimate with them and I told them to go ahead and start the job. Marvin sent me a lot of pictures from before and after, and I am very content that they resolved the leak and his staff were very respectful on my property. I highly recommend Emergency Roofing LLC

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a discount on all repairs up to $250 for ANY repair of $750 or more, free estimates and provide 1 year warranty for repairs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask customer for a day and time to go inspect the roof, provide the free estimate and if the customer approves the price, we schedule a day and time in accordance with the customer to come out and perform the repair with appropriate documentations such as photos/videos. After wrapping up with the customer, we send the invoice attached with documented repair to finally receive payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
