- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know that I offer specials and I encourage everyone to ask about which ones we have available at the time of contact.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer remote "walk through's" or quotes. I can do it over the phone or even through photos.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done lots of different training classes for each of the services I offer.
