Let me tell you.. I have been in the house remodel/flip business for 3 years now. In that time I have worked with many vendors and contractors.. Although I still consider myself a rookie, I do know when you come across one that stands out.. Fabio, who was my main point of contact, was absolutely perfect. The speed of which he reached out to me, the speed of which he met me at the property to check it out, to giving me a full estimate was second to none. He hit every deadline possible. The company was fantastic from start to finish. The communication throughout made me in the know at all times to where I knew what was going on each step of the way. They did a whole home stucco job. We had about 4 inches of wood all the way around the house.. They demo'ed the wood and applied stucco and did this all within 7 days. If you are looking for a stand up, professional, RELIABLE company.. You got it with this company.. I will be using them for my future projects without a doubt. Thank you Fabio, And the rest of the team that busted their A** to completely transform the property!
