- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a specialty niche service that is invaluable to people when they want to get rid of an odor out of their home or car. Although our pricing is reasonable already, we are willing to work within certain budgets, so don’t be shy and please ask about a discount. If we can, we will. Just be aware that we provide excellent results and customer service quickly and our clients feel that it’s worth every penny with no regrets
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, we will typically gather some information to assess the situation. We want to give you the best estimate possible, so finding out about what type of odor it is, on a scale from 1-5 how bad it is, and some other basic simple questions is all we need and then we can give you an estimate over the phone and usually our services take about 1 hour for a vehicle and up to three hours or more for a home, boat or plane.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a 30 years experience nationwide, dealing with all types of odors. We will always be transparent and honest with you. We always undergo regular training and are up-to-date on all new techniques and products, but at this point, we have honed our skills and are leading experts in the industry.
