- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Providing pricing without seeing the project can be very difficult as there are many factors that can contribute to pricing. Here at Value Painting and Flooring we try and make the entire process as easy as possible for our clients. All you need to do is contact us for a free estimate. An added benefit to that is that you'll have your estimate on the spot as our project estimator is equipped with a printer and computer inside our vehicles. If your purchasing a new home or you work long hours we can provide you with an estimate by speaking to you over the phone to find out the exact details your looking for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up an appointment to meet with you and understand your project needs. Then within 15 to 20 minutes from meeting with you, you'll have your proposal in your hands. Once we receive your colors used for painting, will set you up with a start date. Here at Value Painting and Flooring we like to treat clients the way we like to be treated. With that in mind, we are here to prove ourselves to you, only once the job is 100% completed will we ask you for compensation for your project. No deposits what so ever. We encourage all of our clients to not pay a deposit. We also encourage all of clients to google the company name prior to making a decision. As we do have quite a few reviews on Thumbtack, however we have hundreds more on other platforms. Getting to know more about the contractor your looking to hire can be very beneficial.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College educated with over 2 decades in the painting and flooring industry. We are licensed and insured as well.
