They started cleaning my home in April 2023 and we did fine for a few months. I did notice that the cleaning ladies always arrived on time and were polite. But they always left between 10-14 minutes early. Which adds up when you pay $60. an hour. They never stayed extra to make up for this time. I never complained as long as they did their job. I have a family of 3 kids , no pets. In June 2023 they made a scheduling mistake and did not show up. I waited and then finally texted to find out why nobody showed up. Then in August 2023 they skipped again and notified a couple of hours before they were supposed to show up. Very frustrating when you work your schedule around the cleaning company. Then in September 2023 they tell me the night before if I could keep the air on while the cleaning ladies are working. I sent a picture of the thermostat at 9am when they started working 76 degrees in south Florida. When they left it was 78 degrees and the air just turned on. Then in October 5, 2023 they never showed up. Never texted. Just vanished. They were never asked to stay past the agreed 2 hours, provide them always with cold water to drink and a snack. This is terrible customer service. If i could give 0 stars I would.
