Didn’t do what they said they would do besides the fridge. They cleaned the refrigerator and took everything out of the freezer. Things are missing and the rest of the place was covered in dust and dirt. For 4 hours $260 w/tip for a 400 sq ft space it was definitely not worth it.

The lesson here today is; if you want a quote over the phone, please be honest about the condition of your home so we can schedule ample time and people to complete the job. Client was not honest about the condition of their home or this review. We were working for three hours with two people for a total of 6 tech hours for $210 not $260. Eight - 55 gallon bags of rotten trash collected and hauled out of a 400 sqft condo!!! Go figure. Please take a moment to see all my 55 other 5 star reviews.

They cancelled twice in a row last minute (as well as several other times) and left me in real need. I’m a senior, my mom’s in hospice, I need additional surgery on my back and now have nobody. I cannot clean on my own. Also, she always is trying to get a tip.

Lois was informed well ahead of time, that the cleaner (co owner) had to have surgery. I don't understand why she left this review after the time and effort we put in to taking care of her in absolutely atrocious working conditions over the year. 5 or 6 pets in the house that never go outside and urinate and defecate on the floor and it sits there for two weeks until our next visit! Urine and feces everywhere!! litter boxes that we clean with 2 weeks of build up! and yet, we kept going back to help her because that's who we are. AND, we never, ever ask for a tip. This is actually a blessing; Thank you for relieving us from what we consider our moral obligation to help those in need, even in the worst conditions.

This was my first time getting a pro cleaning and Pat and his team were very kind, responsive and communicative. Maibritt was very thorough and after finishing asked me to check around after she had finished to make sure everything was good to go, which I appreciated!
