- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give an exact project cost when we come for an appointment and consider all steps of the installation, so the client will have no surprises when the installation is in the process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an in-home consultation appointment free of charge, and we bring 3,000+ samples of carpets, hardwoods, laminates, vinyl and tile in our mobile flooring showroom. We bring in the colors and textures that you have in mind for your future design and measure accurately the area, and we give down to a penny price of the project so you could budget in the future. And we will help you with entire installation process and remain the only point of contact. To make it as very easy and stress-free experience as possible is our entire philosophy in everything we provide during our service.

150+ hours every year to continuously learn about new products and technologies in installation.
