We had a project involving the refinishing of wood stairs and carpeting our second floor. We had several companies decline to work on the project because of some unique issues with the stairs. Erik at FCI was the only person who stepped up and offered solutions. The project turned out beautifully! Eric was in constant contact the entire project and was beyond professional. The carpet installer was a skilled craftsman that insured we were pleased with the project before he left the site. We had an exemplary experience with Erik and FCI.

I absolutely recommend this business to anyone that is looking to install new flooring. Erik and Eddi have been super helpful with my interior design project, not only by giving me plenty of choices to select from, prompt responses and a fair pricing, but also bringing the mobile showroom to the jobsite for the client's commodity.

Erik, Edmund and their team are very thorough, thoughtful, and professional. From their quick response to the mobile showroom and samples on hand, they made my decision to work with their Floor Coverings Intl easy. I shopped around and came back to them confident that they were the best price, quality, and educated for the job. I had a difficult slope in the room and his team came to evaluate, measure and brainstorm ideas before starting the job. After installation Erik and Edmund followed up to make certain we were happy and to ensure the quality of the work. It's not very often that you find an honest company, especially in South Florida! Edmond arrived promptly for our appointment. The mobile show room was great! I was able to see the samples in my home, my lighting. He even let me walk on them! After shopping for weeks, not loving what I saw. It was great to have someone come to me! Very professional and knowledgeable. I learned a few things, which was helpful in my decision. I couldn't be happier with the work. Once I finally decided which flooring I couldn't live without, I was walking on it by the weekend. Love the way it brightened my home! Instalation was prompt and they cleaned up after! I will be sure to tell anyone looking for flooring to call my guy. Who I now know as Eddie at Floor Coverings International. Erik at Floor Coverings International (FCI) installed new flooring in our house that we were preparing to sell. I rarely write online reviews, but Erik was really exceptional so we felt compelled to do one for him. He had an excellent selection of flooring that he showed us after he took the time to fully understand our needs and requirements. The installers that worked with him took great care to get the job done in a quality way. We really appreciated the excellent communications and great attention to detail that Erik demonstrated. We did other upgrades to our house in preparation for the sale, but I think that the new flooring that FCI installed was the most impactful to making the house very attractive to potential buyers. Our house sold in just a few days due in large part to the great flooring installation done by Erik and his team. Overall we had a great experience working with Erik and FCI. I would highly recommend him for any flooring installations that you might have.

We give an exact project cost when we come for an appointment and consider all steps of the installation, so the client will have no surprises when the installation is in the process.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an in-home consultation appointment free of charge, and we bring 3,000+ samples of carpets, hardwoods, laminates, vinyl and tile in our mobile flooring showroom. We bring in the colors and textures that you have in mind for your future design and measure accurately the area, and we give down to a penny price of the project so you could budget in the future. And we will help you with entire installation process and remain the only point of contact. To make it as very easy and stress-free experience as possible is our entire philosophy in everything we provide during our service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
150+ hours every year to continuously learn about new products and technologies in installation.
