We had a terrible experience with this company. A technician came and charged $500 to fix the problem with the dryer, which still doesn't work properly due to the excessive drying time. I tried to call them, but they promised twice that they would come to review the service, but they never did. Every time I call, they say they will contact the technician and get back to me, but they never get back to me.
