Wallace Fence was a little late in arriving at our scheduled time to assess the work involved in repairing a wood shadowbox gate that started to separate from its hinges. However, they made up for it when they arrived. They quoted a very reasonable price and upon our approval they got to work and remounted the gate properly with its original hinges and installed a new latch to replace an older broken latch for the gate. Within 30 minutes the gate was in perfect working condition. As of today, the quality of the work seems in order. If the condition of the repaired gate remains intact over time, I would not hesitate to utilize Wallace Fence in the future for all our fence repair needs. Larger fence installers do not seem to want to be involved in these smaller repairs and I was grateful that I found this company to step up to perform this work.
