I’m a property manager and have used Blackout Pest Control at many of my properties. They have helped with a variety of pest issues like pigeon infestations in our parking garages to raccoon removal from inside our buildings. They are super responsive and get the job done quickly. I was having rodent issues in my attic getting into my AC and eating up the ductwork black out came out took care of the issue .Now that rodent are gone I dnt have to worry about my AC getting damaged black out pest control id recommended for your pest need .

I had a rat problem 6 weeks ago. I orginally called a big company that came and killed 8 rats and said that the job was completed. One week later I saw 2 more rats and called this company to come back and reaccess there job completion. They wanted to charge me another 500 dollars to do the job that they were already paid to complete. That is when a friend of mine said that I should call Blackout Pest Control. They came over and spent time to properly access my rats problem and told me that if you don't completely block off and
repair all access points that these rats are
coming into your residence you will always have a rat problem. Stacy from Blackout Pest Control completely resolved my rat problem and blocked off all rats access points into my house.
