Called them after contacting several companies, some didn’t want to do the work and some gave me extremely expensive quote. Royalty repaired my broken window glass on 2nd floor at a decent price . Eli was great! He gave me a couple options, took his measurements, and made a plan for repair. He ordered the materials for the repair and then 2 days later, the job was complete.

As a former Vietnam Veteran, worked in the Corporate world for 40 years after my time in the USAF. Of Significance, from 2000 - 2019 worked for the infamous "Blue Book of Building and Construction" (a Century old company at the time of my Retirement). I have dealt with countless contractors across this country, but rarely have I encountered, a company that "Checks Every Box" !!! As a Retired Homeowner, Needing the services of a Contractor. This most impressive company, Responded quickly, sending a fine, fine gentleman and professional by the name of ilay. He was Extremely polite and respectful and of course , solved my "Sun Room Porch" window issue. The aluminum was old, requiring him to be creative in finding a workaround solution. He quickly solved this issue, and fixed my window issue like Brand New. My 20 Years experience in Construction and my lifetime of dealing with people around the world, should grab anyone's attention, when I declare Loudly and Boldly - USE THIS COMPANY !! And if you are Blessed, you "may" be given "ilay", as Your contractor; for this fine professional gentleman, will indeed Solve Your problem and with a most kind and gracious demeanor. I had a broken sliding glass door and an issue with my window. As soon as I called, they promptly answered the phone. They had a lot of patience. They asked the right questions and scheduled an on-site estimate for the very same day. They were able to repair my door and replace the glass on my window within two days and they save me thousands of dollars of having my door and window replaced.
