Ilay, the technician that came out to help was friendly, and worked diligently to fix my patio sliding door in which the lock was broken, rollers needed replacement and track needed replacement. As a former Vietnam Veteran, worked in the Corporate world for 40 years after my time in the USAF. Of Significance, from 2000 - 2019 worked for the infamous "Blue Book of Building and Construction" (a Century old company at the time of my Retirement). I have dealt with countless contractors across this country, but rarely have I encountered, a company that "Checks Every Box" !!! As a Retired Homeowner, Needing the services of a Contractor. This most impressive company, Responded quickly, sending a fine, fine gentleman and professional by the name of ilay. He was Extremely polite and respectful and of course , solved my "Sun Room Porch" window issue. The aluminum was old, requiring him to be creative in finding a workaround solution. He quickly solved this issue, and fixed my window issue like Brand New. My 20 Years experience in Construction and my lifetime of dealing with people around the world, should grab anyone's attention, when I declare Loudly and Boldly - USE THIS COMPANY !! And if you are Blessed, you "may" be given "ilay", as Your contractor; for this fine professional gentleman, will indeed Solve Your problem and with a most kind and gracious demeanor. I WILL USE THIS COMPANY - ABSOLUTELY - for ALL MY Construction/Repsir issues going forward.
