I received cooking lessons from Chef Dennis and he taught me in a way that was easily understood. I have now used his lessons in all my cooking techniques. He used the finest quality foods. I am able to make meals that I thought I would never be able to make as he taught me step by step. He was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. VERY SMART INVESTMENT !

I was very impressed when I had Chef Dennis teach me the finer points of cooking and creating dishes that were very simple and delicious. I’ve never been “kitchen friendly”,relying on take-out and my microwave for meals. Chef Dennis taught me how to be eat and cook healthy and appreciate preparing outstanding dishes for my friends and family! Would highly recommend him!

I have known Chef Dennis for years and he is extremely punctual and patient. He is more then willing to teach someone in the kitchen who was not proficient in that area. He will base his instruction on your budget and be able to give recommendations on improvement whether is it professional and/or personal. I would recommend him to anyone that needs the personal and/or professional touch.
