I couldn't have had a better experience. I had some weird looking windows I wanted to have closed in. They removed them, stucco outside to match existing concrete, sheetrock inside and painted to match. All work was done to perfection and they cleaned up nicely. Great communication from beginning to end and everything was done exactly as promised. I will use them again and I highly recommend.

Mori and Darren did an INCREDIBLE job on our project. They removed all of our old shutter brackets, filled the holes, and stuccoed/textured over them. They also took care of a pretty large crack that needed attention. After all repairs were made, they primed and painted our entire home beautifully. They were responsive and took great care to protect our property throughout the job. Their work was above and beyond our expectations. They have a new customer for life for all of our stucco needs. If you have found your way to The Three Lainez site then look no further you have found THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!! Mori, Yeymy and their staff will help bring your visions to life! They swoop in, diligently work on your projects, CLEAN UP EVERY NIGHT before they leave and return bright and early with smiles on their face. If you have a question, they answer it. If you have a concern, they help figure out the best way to make it work. Their work is exceptional!!! I look forward to working with them on some additional projects. They repaired and extended my laundry closet. Removed the dry bar. Extended my master closet and closed off the wall. Demo my bathroom vanities and entire kitchen including removing the soffit. Also varies dry wall patches.
