Hi Marilyn, I hope you are well. Honestly your review was a really surprise for me. I provided my services for you on March 16th and you just wrote a unsatisfied review on March 29th. But anyways, before I leave your house I asked if you are happy with the job, if there’s anything else that I can do to help you, and you said: Everything was good, and you mention you gonna keep the service monthly. You have pets at home (Cat/Dog) they shaved a lot, if they still circulating at the house probably some pet hair can fall again on the floors. Your Rugs, Cushions, and Blankets, have also a lot cat hair( That’s not my fault) . I did a really good Job in your Bathrooms, I was very detailed. That’s not true ,that was lightly cleaned. About the streaks on your floors, you are right I could see you recently had a remodeling in your property. Standard clean is not enough to remove your pos-construction residue on your floors. You never mention that you need pos construction cleaning. I vacuumed and mopped. I am so sorry that you were unsatisfied, when you don’t be happy with the service, just ask and show for your professional where you don’t feel satisfied. thebest.
