- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
They should know that my prices are very affordable and it comes with quality service, always! Customers that have a maintenance plan with Supreme Air Mechanical receives 10% off repairs. Also senior citizens and expecting moms will receive a free estimate and free second opinion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We allow the customer to first describe the problem, then after we identify then discuss a possible solution; usually being a repair or a replacement. Although sometimes it is best to replace something and bring in a new unit, we still give options that are suitable for the customer's pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
*Occupational Associate Degree in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technology *Well educated in indoor air quality and HVAC service and installation * Very trained in fiberglass, sheet metal, and duct design
