- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have fixed pricing, there are no surprise costs. Before any repairs or replacements are done, the technician and also the office confirms pricing with the customer. This ensures that the client never has any surprise costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe in building a relationship with the customer. Our communication with customers is done via phone and email. Having a positive customer experience and an open line of communication.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner has over 14 Years in HVAC. He started in 2010, as a young apprentice and worked his way to becoming a very successful senior technician. Throughout the years, he has trained many successful technicians. His success is due to his willingness to learn and grow. He has completed advanced business training, Florida Business and Finance, and in 2022 he opened Sunshine Air Conditioning Solutions LLC and it has been great since!
