I was very impressed with this company from the moment I called to report that my A/C was broken. The person that answered the phone, Thelma, took the time to walk me through the steps to troubleshoot the unit and gave me instructions to take until the technician could come. Thelma kept me informed on the ETA of the technician, Rudy, who did a very thorough cleaning of the air handler, acted very professional and left the place spotless. I highly recommend this company.
