I’m here to be a part of your fitness journey and hope to help be your motivation when you need a little extra pick me up! With my structure I give you personalization and freedom to have dialogue with me so we are working together to build an environment that challenges you but also allows you to feel like the bad-ass person that you are! Let’s get Balanced! ******************* I am also a dance teacher and professional dancer. I have danced for 20 years and I love how this art can bring people together. I am available for privates, wedding choreography (couple or group), stretch & flexibility privates, competition choreography, dance team choreography and master classes!
