- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts to active and retired law enforcement and veterans. We charge a straight hourly fee for anything we do. No hidden charges. No sales pitch. No contracts. By charging an hourly fee, you only pay us for the work we do and it allows us time to fix the root cause of the problems so you don’t have to call us again. We want to fix your problem and build a lasting relationship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It’s super easy! We set up an appointment, give you a call, discuss the issue and start working on it immediately.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Technology changes on a daily basis and we always stay on top of the latest. Our experience and years id industry experience keep us on top of it all. Combined with our extensive knowledge and background we provide some of the best customer service in the industry. We always want you to feel comfortable and confident in our services. We have been in business for over 20 years!
