Hi my name is Victor Cruz I'm married with four children and three grandchildren. The business is owned by my wife and I. We are a small company with hardly any overhead so I can save customers money I also do extra work without asking for payment I'll go out of my way to help the customer in any way. I care about my work and do my best to make sure the customer is happy. I am very reliable to be there when I schedule an appointment or even calling during an emergency. I am very clean with my work area I try my . best to please the customer. I am fair with my pricing and willing to help. I also give a 5% discount for all military and veterans and all senior citizens 65 and older. At this time I do not drill the well itself. I service them and repair them. we also sell and service water filtration units at a reasonable price.

Victor and his wife installed our well pump. We appreciate the time and effort they put in making sure the well pump was installed properly. When we had further questions about the pump and how it works Victor alway took the time to explain. We appreciate their responsiveness and professionalism.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to give the customer the best price out there. I know how it is to raise a family, work and pay bills.. I don't want to make people feel like they are being ripped off.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To come diagnose the problem with the customers pump or filtration system. Then fix it at a reasonable cost . I want them to feel confident in my honesty and professional advice. it makes me feel good that I was able to help someone with their water I know how frustrating it can be without water. ³
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Brandon High School in Hillsborough County. Received my ged. Went to Erwin Technical in Tampa, Florida and learned different trades in construction, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring. I have an open mind in all types of construction.
