1. Transparent Pricing: Our pricing reflects the quality of service and professionalism your team brings to every job. 2. Service-Specific Costs: Pricing may vary based on the size and complexity of the job, whether it’s residential or commercial exterior cleaning. 3. Discounts: We offer a 10% discount for veterans and first responders as a way to give back to those who serve the community. 4. Customized Quotes: For larger or more unique projects, you’re happy to provide a customized quote to ensure that the pricing reflects the scope of work. 5. Flexible Payment Options: We accept cash and checks, but we also accept credit/debit on site, as well as ACH Bank transfers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact & Inquiry • The client reaches out via phone, email, or through our website/social media. • Gather key information about the property, such as the size, specific cleaning needs, and any special requests 2. Consultation & Site Assessment • For more complex jobs, we offer a free on-site visit to assess the condition of the property and provide a more accurate estimate. • Alternatively, you can submit photos and details for smaller jobs to get a rough estimate. 3. Customized Quote • During this stage we provide the client with a detailed quote, including breakdowns of services (e.g., house washing, deck cleaning, gutter cleaning) and pricing. • 10% discount for veterans and first responders if applicable. 4. Scheduling • Once the client approves the quote, we work with them to schedule a convenient time for the job. • We offer flexibility to accommodate their preferred dates and times. 5. Service Delivery • We arrive on time with the necessary equipment and materials. • We ensure a high standard of cleanliness, including prepping the area and protecting plants or outdoor furniture if needed. • We communicate with the customer if there are any issues or adjustments needed during the job. 6. Walkthrough & Completion • After completing the service, our techs do a walkthrough with the customer to ensure their satisfaction. • Address any questions or concerns they may have on-site. 7. Payment & Follow-up • Collect payment once the job is completed, either on-site or through digital payment methods. • Offer to schedule future maintenance or suggest additional services they may need. • Follow up with the client for feedback to ensure they are fully satisfied!
