From the moment I applied for a quote on Thumbtack to the moment installation was complete, it only took 5 days. It could have happened in 2, but I couldn't be ready that quickly. Jose was professional and worth every penny I paid him. I sent him pictures of my existing carpet and he matched it almost perfectly. He handled everything and answered every question I had. Make sure you tell him everything you need up front. I sent photos, videos, and measurements via whatsapp. Jose is kind, personable, professional, clean, quick, accommodating, respectful, I mean the list could go on. I will use him again if I ever need him in the future.
