We are a Best in Florida first place winner for 2022, 2023, and 2024. We were voted Groomer of The Year by Homeguide. Our shop is located on our property off of I4 in Plant City. We are a boutique style groomer, which creates a quiet, comfortable, cage free, and stress free environment for your pet. No one can match our price with the quality and included services we offer in our packages. I groom for the love of the animal. Grooming is a relaxation for me like cooking is to others. I enjoy the company of the pet, spoiling them and making them feel good. It is the joy in the owner when they see their pet fresh, clean, and smelling good! I use all natural products in the shop that have been formulated by me. My service includes a gentle massage during bath time, paw pad treatment, ear cleanse, thorough conditioning treatment, and brushing of teeth. I don't schedule back to back appointments. I take my time with your pet to keep them as comfortable and calm as possible.

Roxie and her staff took wonderful care of my two goldens. The grooming was exactly what we needed. Their coats look and smell great. The attention to detail was noticeable and both dogs came out in much better condition. A delighted customer.

I would like to leave a review with details but it will be way too long so I will do my best to keep this short. My dogs are 13 and 11 their regular groomer could not get them in for one month and I didn't know what the dogs got into if anything's but one dog basically ripped open the side of your face it turns out it's all soon to plain old allergies stages are very severe this year. So she recommended a lot of palm products even before having the grooming and special one hour skin treatment for a small price and no my older senile dogs gave Miss Roxy a kiss I couldn't believe it I knew I found it my new groomer when I heard he doesn't even kiss Mommy lol this was an amazing experience considering all I was going through and that was prior to meeting Roxy and she got me in right away I was crying daily over this if you understand where I'm coming from these are our children and if you're short on money it makes things a lot harder and she took away a lot of my stress anxiety confusion Ciara and your sadness for the suffering they were going through I am going to end the review here I could go on and on but that should be enough. Thank you Roxie for saving me from going insane. Thank you for all your suggestions and home remedies natural remedies and suggest a professional vet 4 mini and her face. See you soon:-)

Roxie was so great from beginning to end. She did an amazing on my baby, from the way he looks and smells i know she cares, she takes her time with every client she gets. She made my first experience taking my baby grooming a breeze. I will definitely be back!!

She accepted 3 large dogs that were outside for a year literally 2 hours b4 I showed up and spent 5 hours working on them and did amazing! Even took Ny allergies to them/skin condition away instantly! I’ll def be going back

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cost of services in my shop by comparison is very reasonable. I am about half the cost of Pet Smart, etc...... Especially when you take in to consideration the quality of service for your pet while in my care.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I asked as many questions as I can to determine what is needed by and for the pet. Some folks don't realize some habits their pets are displaying can be an issue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started training in Cosmetology at the age of 16. As a weekend job, I worked for a groomer as her assistant in the shop while taking classes. I ended up falling in love with the trade and transitioned over to being a groomer. I get to work with hair and with pets. It became a win win.
