- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cost of services in my shop by comparison is very reasonable. I am about half the cost of Pet Smart, etc...... Especially when you take in to consideration the quality of service for your pet while in my care.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I asked as many questions as I can to determine what is needed by and for the pet. Some folks don't realize some habits their pets are displaying can be an issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started training in Cosmetology at the age of 16. As a weekend job, I worked for a groomer as her assistant in the shop while taking classes. I ended up falling in love with the trade and transitioned over to being a groomer. I get to work with hair and with pets. It became a win win.
