- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is difficult giving accurate pricing without actually being able to see what your problem is. If you bring it in our Store we can give you a free estimate. Unfortunately due to the inability to actually see your problem and some customers can't describe their problem accurately, it could be a little higher or lower depending on your actual problem.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We don't just have customers, we have relationships. Our customers tend to stay customers for life as long as they reside in our coverage area. We like to see what your problem is and go from there. We want you to feel comfortable with us and us with you as your data is critical which is why we felt it was important to provide background checks for our Employees and our Business to put you at ease in dealing with us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Technicians are A+ Certified, Net+ Certified, we all have a vast array of Certifications from Microsoft, Intel, AMD, Western Digital, and many other Vendors. We all have College Degrees in our area of expertise as well. I myself am a USF Alumni!
