I recommended this company to my friend & he is so happy with their service. He called and thanked me for sharing this company’s number. Technician who arrived in his address gave a genuine quote for replacing the AC unit plus warranty for 10 yrs with maintenance plan included. They both agreed to the price of $8k- 9k with some additional work & this company’s technician delivered & installed the AC on time. Based on my friend’s experience you can trust this company & give your work to them .

Chris, Eric & Scottie were wonderful & got things up and running again for my mom’s house. She needed a whole new unit because her old unit finally died on her lasting 35 years & needed to be replaced. It was a very professional experience & I will work them again as well as refer them to others. They are truly delightful and willing to work things out in the best interest of their customers.

I’m posting this on behalf of my mom. She was having major A/C issues continuously for a couple years and every company she called always seemed to try and sell her something or say they fixed her problem but within a couple weeks she would have issues again. Thankfully she did eventually come across Southern Heating and Air and they took care of everything, addressing issues with the duct work and the unit itself. Since then everything has been solid. Not living in state to help with these kind of things all the time, I appreciate honest and hard working small businesses like this that go the extra mile to take care of people no matter their situation. Thank you guys again!
