- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts to veterans and first responders. This is our way of saying thank you for everything they do. We also offer a referral gift to past customers who refer us to their friends, families, or other associations. We believe a referral is the biggest compliment that can be received.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak with the customer and find out what the needs are whether it be a repair, replacement, or an inspection. Once we determine those needs we come up with the best option that fits their budget. It is not a one size fits all approach. Our goal is to communicate effectively throughout the entire process so we can take of their issue as well as supply options and alternatives.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Arts in business administration, Osha Certifications, Lift Certifications, Florida General Contractor, Florida Roofing Contractor, and various manufacturer training certifications such as GAF, Firestone, Drexel, and Berridge as well as others.
