- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Tile and grout cleaning / sealing is based on per square footage pricing. The square footage pricing varies depending on the size of the tile and type of tile. Shower cleaning/repair/regrouting pricing is based on shower size, tile size, and shower condition. Loose/hollow tile rebonding and tile replacement pricing is based on tile quantity and size of tile.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always provide a FREE demo and job estimate visit before scheduling any work. This allows us to evaluate your project and set good expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Groutsmith professionals undergo rigorous training and field verification to ensure their work and professionalism is worthy of bearing The Groutsmith name. The Groutsmith also complies with the continuing education credit requirements as set forth by the Pinellas County Construction Licensing Board to maintain licensure.
