He has only met me at the site regarding the tree to be removed, he's supposed to start the work in the morning so I can't report on the quality of the work just yet but he did respond properly and he did meet me there on time last week, which I greatly appreciated!

The owner, Sam Adams, called right after I sent my information to him. He came out and looked at the tree and gave me an estimate on the same day. He and his workers were professional and polite. They didn’t mind my questions. The tree had a huge limb over my neighbor’s home. Mr Adams spoke with the neighbor as well. The work went smoothly. We were all impressed with them and their dedication to doing the job right.
