Discounts available on repairs and renovations for new customers who sign up for weekly pool maintenance. Competitive pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gathering customer info, setting day and time to meet and go over project details, customers expectations and offering our recommendations. Providing a detailed quote and timeline of work completion once issue or scope of work has been identified and customer has went over details of their expectations. A lot of times quotes are given over the phone if customer is aware of issue or scope of work for some of the more common pool repairs.

CPO certification(certified pool operator) training course completion provided by the national swimming pool foundation.
