- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to set up in person quotes in order to walk the property to identify my clients concerns and sometimes even help them find the needs they’ve not even noticed yet. Also then follow up with an email containing much of my pertinent company information and plan of engagement for their property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an active and participating member of the PWNA (Power Washers of North America). This is our industry equivalent to the auto mechanics “ASE certification” or the electricians “IBEC union”. It’s the largest and oldest non-profit industry certifying association. I hold certifications and affiliations from proper formal training in Softwashing roofs, Houses, flat concrete and decks, wood restoration for fences and decks, environmental law adherence, plant and property protection, and commercial property cleaning. - How did you get started doing this type of work?
Began in 2018 when asked by a Janitorial client to clean their commercial buildings. Of course like many others though, I’ve owned a pressure washer for years to care for my own needs but after the request above I began looking into this industry and found a whole new world of information.
