- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every Lawn and Customer’s needs are different so it’s imperative that we have an opportunity to view the property and preferably meet with the customer in order to adequately price the project based on the specific needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Reliance Services prefers to meet with all potential customers and review their needs in person. This helps us to ensure that every aspect of their expectations are covered and delivered at the time of service.
