- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Peacock Painting will provide accurate estimates for any work for to be done. These estimates will be signed off by you the customer. If there are changes, they will be repriced and a new estimate will be provided. Our crews will go over your estimate upon completion to make sure you are satisfied with the work. The term 'as agreed' applies to all projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, Peacock Painting will evaluate the project. This can be done via a site visit, photos of the project, and or other available information to run specs on the job. An estimate is then submitted covering the scope of work to be done with an attached price. If there is a variation to the job, we will reserve the right to reprice. We will agree to the terms upfront on every project. We will then perform to those specifications.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
First job was as a painter back in, hold your breath, 1980. I worked professionally as a painter for much of my 20s. I worked on project budgeting and banking between then and now. I came back to painting because I feel it is a worthwhile service and I enjoy working with folks and getting things done.
