Introduction: Newly retired and not ready to slow down. Decided to do one of the many things I have a great knack for, and that is fixing things. I am available on call for your emergency needs as well. (And I don't upcharge you) I have worked for over 40 years, Military, nonprofit, and church (Professionally as the Business Manager for one of the largest and oldest in Pensacola). I have always done what is right and ethical. I respect people and their possessions, and value their feedback, both good and bad. Most pricings start at $50 for the first hour and $40 for each additional hour. Focus areas: - Minor electrical home needs (switches, ceiling lights and fans), etc. Ask me and let's see if it is within my scope of work. - TV mounting, etc. - Kitchen/bathroom countertops, cabinets, sinks, faucets, flooring, and plumbing repairs. - Minor sheet rock repairs. - Basic appliance repairs (Washing machines and dryers. Most problems are simple parts replacement. To best minimize the cost, I will ask a lot of questions about what your machine is doing or not doing so I can determine what is likely needed to get ordered BEFORE I come to do the repair.
