What is your typical process for working with a new customer? Initial Contact – We start with a quick phone call or message to understand your needs and schedule a convenient time to assess the job. On-Site Estimate – We come to your location (if needed), evaluate the project, discuss your goals, and provide a detailed, no-obligation estimate. Project Planning – Once approved, we go over timelines, materials, and expectations so everything is clear from the start. Work Begins – We arrive on time, respect your space, and complete the work professionally and efficiently. Final Walkthrough – After the job is done, we walk through everything with you to ensure you're 100% satisfied before wrapping up. Follow-Up – We check in after completion to make sure everything is holding up well and answer any follow-up questions. Our goal is to make the process smooth, stress-free, and built on trust from day one.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a licensed contractor with over 45 years of hands-on experience in the industry. Over the decades, I’ve worked across a wide range of trades—from residential construction and remodeling to electrical, plumbing, and more. I started learning the trade at a young age and continued to grow through real-world experience, mentorship, and ongoing training to stay up to code and current with industry standards. My knowledge comes from decades of doing the work right, solving real problems, and building lasting solutions for homeowners and businesses. Experience is the best teacher, and I bring that level of expertise to every job.
