- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For a service call I charge 65 dollars an hour. If I’m trouble shooting it rarely takes longer than 2 hours to diagnose the problem. If you want to add something I can give you a quote on that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the customer at the work site to discuss the job and get up to speed on things.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 23 years of on the job training with various companies.
