Our experience with Conques Builders was excellent. We remodeled our condo apartment from head to toe, and were very pleased with the results. We were asked to make choices in the design and given informed help each step of the way. It did take six months but it was a total remodel; and there was a hurricane that interrupted the project. The entire work crew were very professional and sociable. They took pride in their work.

The GC Luis Alvarez is a knowledgeable and experienced builder. Above all, he is conscientious and honest. I live in Miami Beach, and his ability to handle all permitting quickly and efficiently was a bonus. If mistakes were made by the subcontractors, he corrected the mistakes. I would give him 4.5 stars but there's no ability to rate it that way. I recommend using Conquer Builders.

Luis from Conquer builders did an outstanding job renovating two 2 bed 2 bath apartments and two one bedroom apartments. They took care of drawings, permits and made sure everything was done correctly. New floors, knocked down walls for new open plan kitchen, and new bathrooms. Plus a ton of fixes, new plasterwork, fixed some problems with the roof, you name it he can take care of it. I am continuing to work with him and have referred him to many people. Highly recommended.

Hire Conquer Builders to do a full renovation of a cabana in a ocean front bldg located in M B.From the start of the job Luis demonstrated the deep acknowledge he poses related to this type of work . From obtaining the permits to turn off the lights at the end of the job all was done to our satisfaction as we directed the job from NY. I highly recommend Conquer Builders

Luis is the eagle you want managing your project. He is very detailed and knows how to work with the city to get your project green-lighted and completed the right way, the first time. Due to Luis' skills, we saved thousands not having to hire a separate architect to draw new blueprints for our entire house - he did the work himself. There are no worries hiring Conquer Builders - Luis is an outstanding GC.
