- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price for both Residential and Commercial. Mis told my residential services varies between $60-$80. Commercial/Business pricing is a bit more than that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know them, beyond the issue at hand. I think that the trust needs to be solidified. You (the customer) are entrusting me with your possessions, I think that it’s up to me to show you that you can trust me, and build on that trust.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years in the industry. I’ve worked from being a HelpDesk (break/fix) guy to a department manager for a billion-dollar enterprise. I’m sure that there are people out here that have a alphabet soup when it comes to certifications. I’ve been in the business from nuts to soup and been excelling at it for 20 years. I keep up and innovate.
