Scott is great! He was able to come out for the first time within 2 days of me contacting him. Not only that, he cleaned the pool on the spot (we didn’t expect that). Put us on a weekly schedule right away and does a great job! Super nice guy to work with and very reasonable monthly rate.

Came out and did a great job cleaning my pool and willing to work with me and my means. Assisted me in sealing some small cracks in my pool and came out multiple times to check to see if the problem was fixed. Taught me some of the features with the pool as well. Highly appreciated

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is extremely fair and we actually price our services a little below average monthly pool maintenance costs. We offer discounts on all services for our veterans and first responders and we will beat ANY customers current pool service price. We offer even more discounts to customers who sign up for 12 month service!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost we will meet the customer at their home, not only to evaluate and provide a quote but to introduce ourselves. Pinellas Pool Pro's is about family, trust and positive relationship.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With about a decade in the pool industry and even more in customer service, Pinellas Pool Pro's is well equipped for any task. Pinellas Pool Pro's holds a CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification in pool equipment and chemicals. We also are well adverse AquaCal heat pumps, Autopilot salt chlorinators and Hayward salt chlorinators. While we are not HVAC certified, we can fix heat pump issues that are not refrigerant related.
