- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I estimate based off a sq/ft of coverage area. A common misconception is the floor space vs. wall coverage area.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Typically I work with home owners who are planning on listing a property or new property owners who wants to make their new house, their home. I offer not only an excellent service but also insight and guidance when needed. My goal is to truly make my customers feel comfortable in the beginning and very happy in the end.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I’ve had some experience working directly with realtors/sellers who have asked me to come in and update there property pre-listing. On all occasions not only did I far exceed expectations but also was able to bring the seller a significant additional return on their properties
