- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in total transparency when it comes to pricing, so we want to make sure you have all the information you need before we begin any project. First, it's important to note that our pricing is unique to each project. We take the time to understand your specific needs and goals and craft our pricing to reflect that. But don't worry - before we begin any work, we'll provide you with a detailed quote so you know exactly what to expect. For larger projects with a turnaround time of 2+ weeks, we also offer a payment plan option. This way, you can spread the cost of the project out over time, making it more manageable for your budget. We want to assure you that there are no hidden charges or surprises when working with us. Our project schedule will include milestones, so you can always know where we're at in the process. Another thing to keep in mind is that we offer special discounts when you order multiple items or services at once. Ordering in bulk is a great way to save money and make the most out of your budget while still getting the high-quality work you deserve. Whether you're looking to refresh your brand across multiple platforms or if you have a big project coming up, be sure to ask us about our bulk order discounts. Cost: $1050 ➪ THE ESSENTIAL WEBSITE: Includes a home page, contact page, newsletter opt-in page, and a thank you page. Cost: $1950 ➪ THE SIGNATURE WEBSITE: All of the above, with added About, Blog, Services, and Sales Funnel opt-in. Cost: $4300 ➪ THE ELITE WEBSITE: All of the above plus FAQ, Link in Bio, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Terms of Service, and Testimonials pages. Cost: $7525 Branding Packages: ➪ THE ESSENTIAL BRAND: Basics like a logo, color palette, typography kit, and a couple of mock-ups. Cost: $1500 ➪ THE SIGNATURE BRAND: Everything in Essential plus two extra logo variants, business card design, and email signature design. Cost: $2500. ➪ THE ELITE BRAND: Everything in Signature, adding two custom patterns, three custom icons, letterhead, and envelope design. Cost: $3500 (Note: We only provide full branding packages, not just logos.) Animation: We typically charge $450 for each unique action or keyframe in the animation. Think of this as a special moment where something changes or moves in your animation. Illustration: Individual illustrations are typically priced at $350 each. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starting a new project can be a bit daunting sometimes. That's why we want to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible for you. We have a refined and comprehensive process in place, ensuring a seamless experience no matter the project - be it brand & logo design, website design, graphic design, illustration, or animation: - Initial Discovery Call: Our journey together starts with a creative kickoff call. This allows us to understand your brand, your goals and answer any questions you may have about our services and pricing. If our visions align, we'll establish the project terms with a contract, an initial invoice, a project timeline, and details to start our project officially. - Pre-Game Preparation & Strategy: Once you're on board, we collaborate closely to gather detailed information about your brand, source inspiration, and conduct light market research. If necessary, we may schedule a strategy call, where we finalize our game plan and address any outstanding questions before diving into the design process. - Creation & Design: We sketch out potential concepts, create a rough draft, build a wireframe, or draw out a storyboard, depending on what your project is. From there, we'll refine based on your feedback and then develop your project further. - Feedback & Revisions: You'll have several opportunities to provide feedback throughout our design process. We're committed to ensuring you're happy with our work, and we offer a round of revision for each project stage. - Final Touches & Delivery: Whether it's your brand package, a complete website, a set of illustrations, or a breathtaking animation, we finalize all elements, conduct a thorough quality check, and prepare your designs for delivery in the appropriate formats. - Post-Project Support: Once we wrap up your project, our relationship doesn't end! You'll have an hour of dedicated email support for up to a week after your project to answer any questions! You'll also be invited to our weekly newsletter, Fridays With Faye, where we share tips to elevate your brand further. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, etc.), Canva, Procreate, and other design software essential in the industry, but I'd love to share more with you!
