- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customer should do some research on pricing for their particular project and then seek out quotes from a few reputable companies, but they should never assume the lowest prices are guaranteed to deliver the highest quality products.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting a clear understanding of the customer’s unique needs and expectations for their project and the budget they are working with is critical for ensuring customer satisfaction. The customer timeline is also important for ensuring that we’re able deliver value and quality. We also ensure that we have the skill set that is essential for our customers success and that we delegate responsibility to crews.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 35 years of fieldwork experience and I’m always attending seminars and conferences with people who have been involved in the industry for decades.
